Our goal is to ensure that you receive your products safely and in the shortest possible time. After payment confirmation, the shipping time is up to 2 business days for the order to be posted. Shipping time may vary depending on location, but it typically takes between 3 to 10 business days. You can track the status of your order directly in your account.

Estimated delivery times for your products are displayed during the checkout process, based on the address you provide and the shipping method you select. For domestic shipments, the average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on your region. For international shipments, the delivery time can vary from 15 to 30 business days.
🔄 Exchange and Return Policies
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you need to make an exchange or return, you can request it within 7 calendar days after receiving the product. We accept returns of items that are in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in their original packaging.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange or return within 30 calendar days. The shipping cost for returns due to defects will be our responsibility.
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected. The amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Credit card: The refund may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the operator.
Bank slip or bank transfer: The amount will be refunded within 7 business days after confirmation of the return.
